Study On Public Service Optimization Of Township Government Under The Background Of Power Expansion Of Strong Town

The strategy of‘rural revitalization'was put forward during the 19~thh congress of the CPC,among which,"flourishing industry,habitable ecological,rural civilization,effective governance and well-off life"are the general requirements of rural development.Thus it's necessary to integrate rural and urban development and establish a two-way flow mechanism of the urban and rural elements.The township governments are the important implementers of the"rural revitalization"strategy.It's essential for them to deepen the reform."Power expansion of strong town"is one of the important ways of township government reforms.The most basic starting point is to provide the villagers or residents with the most direct government reform dividends through a series of government reforms.However,the general township governments need to consider a worthy question.That is how to provide the public with the dividend through power expansion of strong town.Taking Menghe Town's reform of power expansion of strong town as a case study,the thesis contains a variety of dimensions,such as the theoretical analysis and case analysis.It analyzes Menghe Town status in the field of public service reform from the perspective of studying public service.After a series of interviews,questionnaires and other research methods,referring to experiences of advanced area,combining the present situation of the township government,the thesis analyzes Menghe Town existing problems and reasons in the public service reform and provides advices for optimizing the public service for the township government.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction part,which mainly clarifies the background and significance of the research,sorts out the relevant research results,and Outlines the research questions.The second part presents relevant concepts and theories.The main point is the theoretical basis and theoretical tool for the reform of power expansion of strong town and public service.Moreover,it sorts out the research situation according to the specific research object.The third part describes how Menghe Town can optimize the public service under the background of power expansion of strong town,and introduces the reform measures and the path of public service reform in detail.The fourth part uses two methods of social survey,questionnaires and interviews.Based on two research ways,we can know public satisfaction to public service provided by township government in the reform and all kinds of interviees'opinions and Suggestions on public service.This part analyzes the problems and reasons of public service reform.Through the evaluation of the reform results,many problems have been found.This part carries on targeted analysis about those problems in the light of the actual situation.The fifth part is on the outlook for the township government public service.Based on the essential characteristics of the township government,this part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and methods for better optimization of public service under the background of power expansion of strong town.Through the research,the innovation of this paper is from the perspective of public service reform to see the expansion of power town reform,in-depth analysis of the people's intuitive feeling of public service changes,while adding the expansion of power town reform before and after the comparison of the relevant data to reflect the results of public service reform.
