The Communist Party Of China Party Disciplinary System Research

China's Communist Party has since its founding viewed discipline as its lifeblood.Strict and impartial party discipline is the fundamental guarantor of the party's establishment,development and strengthening.This differentiates our party from other ruling parties and party systems,giving a unique advantage and "political DNA".Certainly systemization-especially the systemization of party internal discipline punishment has a development process.This basically can be separated into three stages-during the new democratic revolutionary period,the party internal discipline was in the continuously trying stage(First National Congress until the Second Plenary Session of the Seventh Central Committee),after the establishment of the new China,the party internal discipline punishment system building was at the stage of complicated development(Seventh National Congress until Third Plenary Session of Eleventh Central Committee),after reformation and opening up,the party's disciplinary punishment system building was in a period of bringing in new development(Eleventh National Congress until Eighteenth National Congress).At the moment,the Chinese Communist Party party internal discipline punishment system has formed a complete,scientific setup,but this does not imply that there is no space for development.We think that currently there are some problems with the party internal discipline punishment system such as the legal system which needs improving,the practices of the legislative body need standardizing,violation accountability system lacks a common recognised standard,investigation procedures are insufficiently proper and others which still hamper the party internal discipline punishment development and quality.This affects the use of the party internal discipline punishment system and presents a real and urgent challenge to the implementation of "Comprehesive Strict Party Rule".And so on.Consequently,there is a need to put effort into the following areas: perfect the party internal discipline punishment legal system,reform the violation accountability system,reform the punishment procedures,and so on.
