Since The Reform And 0pening Up What The Structural Model Of Non-public Enterprises

For over 30 years of reform and opening-up,the non-public economy has developed rapidly,and has become an important manner of attracting investment,increase employment,promote the development of national economy,optimizing and perfecting the socialist market economy system,and the important force to speed up the construction of socialist modernization.Since the founding of new China,especially since the reform and opening,the evolution of the party central committee and the national policy,the attitude and understanding of the non-public enterprises are constantly changing.Under the background of today's rapid economic development,how should we treat with understanding of the non-public sector of the economy and the non-public enterprises,how to make the non-public economy and the non-public enterprises become an important part of socialist market economy,how to continue to play its great impetus for socialist modernization construction,these are problems we need to be addressed.And to solve these problems,we must first have clear understanding and the understanding of the non-public enterprises under current situation of special status,to clarify the non-public enterprises in contact with the public sector of the economy and conflicts at the present stage.And we must know that the non-public enterprises is an important force of our country's socialist modernization construction,is an important part of socialist market economy.Based on the structure of the enterprise,this paper adopts the method of dissecting sparrow,selected OPPEIN as the observation object.In this paper,a total of six chapters,the first chapter introduces the origin,research status at home and abroad and the research framework,in research framework introduces the growth of the non-public enterprises environment in contemporary China,the course of change and the enterprise observation dimension choice;The second chapter to the fifth chapter mainly from the characteristics of property rights,management system,culture construction and human relation of the investigation and study of the four dimensions OPPEIN the status quo,analysis the changes of its since reform and opening up,analyzing it as a positive interaction of non-public enterprises and the public sector of the economy,from general to specific,to analysis the non-public enterprises since the reform and opening up the structural model,analysis the non-public enterprises since the reform and opening up and the benign interaction between the socialist system.
