The most characteristic of the occupational pension is its self-reproach compared with social insurance. The enterprise can decide develop the occupational pension according to its condition. The succession of it does not depart from the support of the enterprise. But in our country, there are many policies to encourage the development of the occupational pension, why the enterprise didn't hold it. What's relationship between the enterprise system and the occupational pension? What's effect does enterprise system have on the selection of its model and the design of the system. All these questions are the topic of the thesis.In Chapter 1, I stated the process of the topic selection and the significance of the study, summarized the research status quo about the occupational pension system, and expatiated on the analysis clue and the framework of the paper. In Chapter 2, I analyzed the development background and character of the occupational pension, the motives of enterprise and the attitude of trade union in different periods. In Chapter 3,1 analyzed the relationship between occupational pension and enterprise system taking America and Japan as examples. The relationship between occupational pension and enterprise system can be summarized as follows, the objective of occupational pension reflects the objective of human resource management, the design of its plan is based on compensation, and the labor-management relations also affect the occupational pension. The essential reasons affecting occupational pension are property rights and enterprise culture. And property rights affect the objective of occupational pension by means of human resource management, enterprise culture affect its idea of the design. Lastly, in Chapter 4, I analyzed the present situation of the occupational pension system in our country firstly, secondly, I analyzed the reasons leading to its slow-moving development in state-owned enterprises from the two aspects, such as, the employees and the enterprise, and discussed its distortion in state-owned enterprises, I think as the property rights and enterprise culture have imperfection on both sides, the nature of occupational pension was distorted. Then I made an elementary design on the occupational pension according to some characteristic of the state-owned enterprise. Thirdly, I discuss the integration of the occupational pension and the private enterprise,and made some advices on how to develop it from the aspect of the enterprise system and made a design on it. Lastly, 1 analyzed the development of the occupational pension in foreign enterprises.
