When General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward four important statements of self-confidence,he clearly pointed out that cultural self-confidence is the most fundamental of the four self-confidences.Since the party's 18 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi mentioned cultural self-confidence on many occasions..Cultural self-confidence is a country,a nation and even a political party fully affirming its own cultural values and actively practicing it,and firmly believes that its cultural vitality has a firm confidence.For the country,the cultural soft power can well reflect the cohesiveness and vitality of a country based on culture,and then form a unique logo that is different from other ethnic groups.Improving cultural soft power is related to the national movement.For enterprises,corporate culture is the secret of the core competitiveness of enterprises and the long-term foundation of the industry.It is the spiritual wealth and civilization achievements created by the enterprise's production,management and management activities.It is reflected in the value concept of the enterprise.,enterprise system,code of conduct and entrepreneurial spirit,excellent corporate culture is the inexhaustible driving force and spiritual pillar to promote enterprise development.In recent years,non-public enterprises have sprung up like mushrooms,and have become an indispensable force in the country's entrepreneurial employment field,technological innovation,and national taxation.With the continuous improvement of the economic status of non-public enterprises,their party building work has also received increasing attention from the state.Especially when the development of non-public enterprises has entered a difficult period,how to promote the enterprise through the bottleneck period and promote corporate culture through party building work.The construction has become more and more concerned and has become the key to the healthy development and scientific management of enterprises.This paper is based on the relationship between party building and corporate culture of non-public enterprises since the reform and opening up.Based on the theoretical analysis,it demonstrates the effectiveness of the corporate culture construction of non-public enterprise party building by means of the case of Youlanfa Group in Jinjiang City,Fujian Province.Embedding the non-public enterprise party building into the enterprise and promoting the construction of corporate culture,whether it is for the development of the enterprise itself,or for the trend of non-public enterprise economy and even grassroots party building development,has a deep research significance.Through the research of this thesis,in theory,we can deeply grasp and understand the operating rules and related theories of party building and corporate culture in non-public enterprises,so that party building work can be carried out better.In practice,it can provide relevant theoretical guidance and decision-making consultation for the relevant government departments in carrying out party building work,making the work objectives and activities of non-public enterprise party construction more acceptable and recognized,and then the party in the business management The advantages of the organization are fully exerted to ensure the establishment of corporate culture and create a good corporate culture atmosphere,which will help enterprises to lead in the competition.
