Villager autonomy is the embodiment of the villagers' direct participation in village affairs management,the realization form of rural democracy,and the basis for the construction of grassroots democratic politics in China.The National Rural Work Conference held at the end of 2017 fully deployed and implemented the rural revitalization strategy.To implement the rural revitalization strategy,we must not only focus on rural economic construction,but also promote rural political construction,cultural construction,social construction,ecological civilization construction,and party building.Coordinating the work of "agriculture,rural areas,and peasants" and fully implementing the rural revitalization strategy requires continuously improving the quality of agricultural development,promoting the overall upgrading of agriculture,promoting overall rural progress,realizing the all-round development of farmers,and fundamentally solving the "three rural issues."Since the "Organization Law of the Villagers' Committee of the People's Republic of China" was promulgated on June 1,1988,most of the villages in the Xi'an area have undergone democratic elections for ten village committees,and have achieved some achievements,and also reflected many problems.In recent years,people from all walks of life have paid more and more attention to rural democratic elections.Rural democratic elections have encountered many difficulties in the course of more than 30 years of development.This is the consensus of most scholars who study rural politics.Many scholars have used some key words in the rural elections,such as "village elections are in trouble","formalization of village elections","post-election era",etc.,and various news media will also attract people with the title of "high-priced bribery".eyeball.The authors conducted a survey and conducted a questionnaire survey on the villagers and villagers of X villages(groups)in Zhouzhi County,and sorted out five specific performances: one is that the villagers are not enthusiastic about the election;the other is that the clan factions interfere Villagers' Voting Behavior;the third is The number of public votes and entrusted votes is larger.;the fourth is Indifference towards irregularities;the fifth is that it is difficult for outstanding women to stand out from the crowd.Therefore,in the face of these problems,by educating,guiding,cultivating the awareness of villagers to participate in democratic elections,improving the treatment of village cadres and improving the overall quality of village cadres,guiding the healthy development of clan forces,and improving the legal system,the elections are more operational and villagers are improved.The quality of democracy to curb bribery and the elimination of prejudice have made women more involved in village-level management opportunities and other areas to propose an optimized path for rural democratic elections.
