This thesis is theoretically based on Marxism humanity care and Maslow's hierarchy of needs,analyses and does research on incentive mechanism via literature analysis,questionnaire interview,case interview.Case study of Baqiao district indicates that problems of community full-time workers at present are as follows: low on salary,lack of attention and respect,lack of self-belonging,incomplete of development care incentive mechanism(including training,performance review and career pursuit).The reasons of these problems: Lack of salary increase mechanism;disadvantaged social recognition;Unfriendly humanistic environment;Incomplete development care incentive mechanism.Here are suggestions: establishing salary increase mechanism;improving social respect of community full-time workers;Creating humanistic care environment inside the communities;Completing development care incentive mechanism.The whole text is divided into five chapters.Chapter one is the introduction which introduces research background,research significance,research target,research contents,research methods and technical route.Chapter two is the literature review which includes two parts,the first part introduces the basic definitions,theories relate to this thesis,which are Marxism humanity care and incentive theory,they are also the theoretical basis.The second part indicates the research results of community workers and incentive mechanism at home and abroad.Chapter three analyses the current situation of urban community full-time workers in Baqiao district by looking back the development of urban community full-time workers and analyzing the data of questionnaire,case interview from urban community full-time workers in Baqiao district.Chapter four analyses the reasons of the problems of Chapter three.Chapter five gives the suggestions to the problems of community full-time workers incentive mechanism.Since there are few the studies about incentive mechanism of community full-time workers,this thesis combines Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Marxism humanity care together to illustrate and analyse problems of incentive mechanism,which is theoretically innovative.
