Research On The Incentive Problem Of Urban Community Full-time Workers

Community is the basic unit of urban governance.Community governance is the foundation of national governance system,and is also an important link to implement "last mile" policy of government benefiting people.Under the acceleration of urbanization in China,how to manage and develop urban communities and how to build community governance system is a new topic to be solved urgently.In the field of community governance,how to motivate the construction of a high-quality professional team of community workers,to enhance the capacity of community residents,meet the residents "living convenient,thoughtful service,beautiful environment and a variety of needs,is a very important research content of the current community governanceneeds to face.Based on the western classical incentive theory and empirical research method,this paper collects data related to the motivation of full-time community workers in Haizhou District of Lianyungang by consulting data,visiting interviews and questionnaires.The quantitative analysis of data is done by using sociological data analysis software,and the effect of the existing incentive policies is analyzed from four aspects of salary,welfare,career development,organization and career motivation.Analyse the reason for the poor effect of the existing incentive factors,increase capital investment,strengthen the construction of community spiritual incentive to improve community workers social status,management and implementation of professional community workers to actively and steadily push forward the innovation of community governance mechanism four aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen and improve the incentive of the community full-time worker.
