French Patriotism Education And Its Enlightenment For China

Patriotism is the people who love the motherland,loyal to the motherland in thought,behavior and emotion,is a basic moral standard to adjust the relationship between individual and nation,is the spiritual pillar of the nation all over the world.China has a long history,a rich cultural heritage of national history.China has formed the early patriotic culture ideology which provides fundamental theory and rich practical experience for nowadays patriotism education.Since the reform opening up,the CPC Central Committee issued the relevant documents on the patriotic education and regulations,all department have increased their propaganda work through various channels and integrate patriotism into all sectors which will make patriotism access to the hearts of people.France has a long history as a world’s super power and always attached great importance to the patriotism education.In history,French regime changed frequently,after several times of revolution and reform,patriotic education as an important means,plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the victory of revolution and the progress of society.Patriotic education is the an important role to establish the conception of country and enhancing the national cohesion.Admitting that their political system,social system and cultural system are not the same,but the two countries’ emphasis for the patriotic education,and the excellent tradition of patriotism are the same.This article will analysis the French patriotism education’s in three aspects.First of all,to explore its theoretical basis on the content of the education of patriotism,the core content and basic principle;secondly,to explore the family in patriotic education way,characteristics and differences of the three aspects of society and school;finally,the characteristics of the patriotic education of the permeability of the comprehensive,the time limitation,combined with the author’s experience in France and related research,while facing the current situation of patriotism education in China and the challenges in nowadays,result in what experience and Enlightenment of patriotism education can China obtain from the French patriotism education.In the new period,patriotism education should be based on the basic national conditions and pay attention to the improvement of actual effect.Generally speaking,On the content aspect,we should vigorously develop the national culture,enhancing national cultural identity;On principle aspect,we should respect the individual interests,promote the organic unity of personal interests and national interests;On methods aspect,we should focusing on combination of dominant education and recessive education;On mode aspect,we should emphasize rational patriotism,avoid narrow patriotism.On approach aspect,we should build a social,school and family education system which all the parts will benefit from each other.
