Study On Police Public Relations Management Of Mass Disturbance Of Dongguan Public Security Bureau

At present,one of the main tasks of public security is to prevent and deal with mass incidents and maintain social stability.The characteristics of mass incidents are involving in a wide range,big size,participate in large number,and instability.It is easy to cause the deterioration of contradictions,a serious threat to social stability,and is not conducive to build a harmonious society.In recent years,Dongguan's public security organs at all levels are conscientiously performing their duties,and constantly increasing the intensity of work stability,formulating the effective measures properly to solve the mass incidents which are caused by the different kinds of social contradictions,also effective cooperating with the relevant functional departments,also finding out the safe hidden trouble as well as increasing a lot of social stability.But at present,there are many outstanding contradictions and problems in Dongguan city,mainly due to the problems caused by the enterprise restructuring,land expropriation and demolition,the disputes concerning the law,the disputes with the ownership of woodland,the treatment of military personnel,etc.In the process of dealing with mass incidents,Dongguan's public security organs are often struggling in the first line,to face all kinds of contradictions and conflicts,sometimes there are a lot of unknown effects of the masses,making serious damage to the overall image of the organization.If properly using the police public relations in the process of mass incidents can effectively solve problems,establish a good image of the police force,and improve the authority and reputation of the public security organs.In this paper,the study will concern to Dongguan city public security bureau of police public relations,and discusses the study combined with the related theory.The paper elaborates the research purpose and meaning combined with related literature at the library and the work place for further study.The second part of this paper focuses on some basic theories and concepts,including public relations management,public crisis management and new public management theories.The third part of this article analyzes the current situation of police public relations management of Dongguan's public security organs,including its development of history,the existing problems in the management process and the causes of those problems.In addition,the paper also discusses how the public security bureau of Dongguan city run the police public relations management mode,and actively learn advanced experience from other cities in China and abroad.Finally,the Suggestions for the public security bureau of Dongguan city police public relations management are given,are aimed to continuously improving the police public relations management of our country.
