Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Rural Primary Party Organizations In Jilin Province

Rural primary party organizations are the basis for the party's work in rural areas and the basic guarantee for implementing the party policy and principles,and decision-making arrangements in the vast rural areas.They are also the main channel for linking and maintaining the flesh-and-blood relationship between the party and the people.To improve the party's governing ability fundamentally,so as to realize the Rural Revitalization and build a well-off society,the priority should be given to enhance the administrative efficiency in the rural primary party organizations.Therefore,strengthening the building of primary party organizations in rural areas is an important task in all aspects of party building.The times are constantly developing.At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.At present,the major challenge facing the construction of rural primary party organizations in Jilin province is how to adapt to the changes of the times and complete the new tasks given by the new era and provide a strong organizational guarantee for the realization of the Rural Revitalization.Therefore,this paper through the field investigation,explores the problems faced by the rural primary party organizations in Jilin Province,and analyzes the reasons.Finally,it puts forward some practical suggestions and countermeasures in order to provide valuable theoretical reference and practical guidance for the primary party construction work in the rural areas of Jilin province.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the research background,significance,research status and innovation on the construction of rural primary party organizations in Jilin province.The second part discusses the related concepts and theories on rural primary party organizations,including the connotation of rural primary party organizations and related Marx theory.It emphasizes the significance of strengthening the construction of primary party organizations in rural areas.The third part introduces the process and achievements of Jilin Province in the construction of primary party organizations in rural areas since the 18 th National Congress.The fourth part discusses the problems existing in the construction process of rural primary party organizations in Jilin Province.According to the results of the survey of 20 sample villages in Jilin Province,the paper expounds the existing problems in the construction of rural primary party organizations and analyses the reasons from four aspects: the political function of the primary organizations,the comprehensive quality of the party members,the construction of the ranks of the party members and the discipline.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the construction of rural primary party organizations in Jilin province from five aspects: ideological education,team building,style of discipline,economic security and system.
