Practice shows that all tasks of constructing socialistic new countryside eventually rely on rural grassroots leadership unity, which can lead peasants to complete. For rural grassroots party organizations, how to adapt to the new situation and task needs, to provide ideas and organization guarantee for rural construction, are the new subject in the construction of the rural grassroots party organizations, as well as a major and urgent task.This article takes grassroots party in Taonan Settle town of Jilin province as example, using the method of combining the theory and practice to the new situation, in order to provide the preliminary suggestions for the construction of grassroots party organization in the countryside in Jilin.This article is divided into fire parts. The first is introduction. It illustrates the goal, meaning study, trends, thinking, methods and innovation. The second is the theory of rural grassroots of party organization’s construction in which the definition and relative responsibility, the theory about rural party organization construction in Marxism, and strengthened importance of it are illustrated. The main problem of the third part is the survey analysis on grassroot party organization construction in Taonan Settle down, digging out the countermeasures and suggestions of the construction of the rural grassroots party organizations, using the relevant theories, putting forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of rural grassroots party organization itself. The fifth is the conclusion and the overall review of this paper.
