Analysis Of Problems Of The Construction Of Party Organizations At The Primary Level Set In Villages And Towns Of Ethnic Minority Area In Gansu Province

As a significant component of party organizations at primary level of CCP,the party organizations at primary level of villages and towns have played an important role in the construction of CCP. Strengthening the construction of such organizations in ethnic minority area has become an essential need for the construction of CCP,as they have played a significant role in the following aspects:maintaining the national unity,developing national economy,implementing the national policy and constructing the socialist new countryside.With such organizations located in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province involved into the case study,the author analyzed its current situations based on materials grasped through field researches and interviews,especially its real problems and difficulties existing in its construction,ability of administration, national work and expansion of economy,etc.Apart from this,the author furthered the explorations of countermeasures with the combination of professional theories, and proposed the illustrations from the fields of such organizations as follows,in hope of providing some useful suggestions for the related construction:strengthening the construction,cultivating their awareness of safeguard the stability of ethnic minorities areas,improving the ability of administration and solving the problems produced in handling relationship between religious belief in Marxism and freedom of religious belief.
