Research On The Public Relations Of Police In Kunming City

Based on in-depth analysis of the relationship between the police and the harmonious relationship between police and people,the relationship between two kinds of methods on the current situation of Kunming city were analyzed,one is based on the relationship between the survey on 2674 samples of the questionnaire,a total of 14 of the seven indexes in the collation and analysis of quantitative data.Two are invited to Kunming city public security departments shall be responsible for the specific work of the masses of the leaders held a meeting,25 views of brainstorming is used to collect the experts on the problems existing in the current relationship between the police and the people of Kunming City,and then the wheel Delphy Fa scoring and ranking of the collected opinions.On the basis of this,the above two investigation,the police found the relationship between the city of Kunming before the five big problem is:1 people are not satisfied with the results of the case;the 2 part police their own ability and quality is not high;the 3 people are lack of reverence and respect for law,legal consciousness;4 media false reports of malicious speculation 5 non police activities;too much lead to contradictions and conflicts between the police and the people.And then combined with the data obtained by the data access and query mode to the authority of the Department,on the above issues one by one analysis of the causes,to tease out the 14 causes of the relationship between the police and the existing problems,and the causes are classified.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward based on the classification:one is to deepen the reform of public security.Improve and perfect the mechanism;two is the innovation of publicity and education,improve the ability of public opinion guiding;the three is to uphold the rule of law,improve the legal system construction.This paper hope that through the analysis of the current situation of Kunming City,the relationship between the police and the people,to solve the existing problems of the relationship between the city of Kunming,has a certain reference function to improve the degree of harmonious relationship between police and people.
