Analysis On Security Right Guarantee System Of Tourism Consumers

With the continuous development of the country’s economic construction and the continuous improvement of the economic level of our residents,the tourism industry has ushered in a golden period of development.Especially in recent years,tourism has developed into a large-scale economic industry and has shown a good momentum of development.The tourism resources are very rich in China.While the infringement of consumers’ rights and interests in tourism are serious,and the rights and interests of tourism consumers cannot be effectively guaranteed.The protection of these rights and interests is related to the healthy,rapid and sustainable development of China’s tourism industry.However,while booming,it will certainly bring about a series of related problems.Among them,the frequent occurrence of tourism safety accidents has made tourism safety issues an important issue that cannot be avoided in many tourism activities.Meanwhile,with the development of the world tourism trend,tourism has become the most dynamic industry in the world,and the international trade in tourism services is more frequent,which leads to the situation of borderless.This shows that the protection of the rights and interests of tourism consumers is no longer a matter of a single country,but a topic of concern to all mankind.However,the protection of the rights and interests of tourism consumers in China is still in its infancy,and there is a problem that it is not consistent with the international practice.At the same time,as a member of the WTO,China may be excluded from the world tourism market and lose its advantageous position in international competition if it fails to make some achievements in establishing and improving the protection system for the rights and interests of tourism consumers.Therefore,it must further develop its tourism consumer rights and interests protection system in legislation,judicature and theoretical research in China.How to quickly and effectively improve the safety of tourism consumers,promote the improvement and revision of the Tourism Basic Law and the Tourism Safety Law,strengthen the legal guarantee system and administrative law enforcement and supervision have become the most important tourism research topics under the current situation.This article takes this as the research background and discusses the issues related to tourism safety from the aspects of legal protection and security system.We should learn the perfection of the relevant legal system in China’s tourism industry in an all-round way.It is believed that the legal consciousness of tourists in China is not strong,and they have a weak position compared with operators.In tourism consumption,unfair competition behaviors of operators also exist in large quantities.The existing legal system is not perfect,and disputes cannot be effectively solved.In view of the serious infringement of the tourists’ rights and interests in consumption,such as the right to security,the right to know,the right to respect and the right to claim,we should learn from the mature legal experience of foreign countries to make up for our weaknesses.Combining with the basic national conditions of our country,this paper puts forward scientific solutions to improve the legal safeguard mechanism for the safety rights andinterests of tourism consumers in our country,enhancing the consumption safety factor of tourism consumers.This paper attempts to standardize the whole tourism market,establish a more perfect protection mechanism of tourism consumers’ rights and interests,protect the legitimate rights and interests of tourism consumers,and ensure and promote the healthy,sustainable and stable development of China’s tourism economy.It provides a breakthrough point for the abnormal expansion to excess to the high-quality tourism consumption market.It provides some reference for the current legal content and system of our country how to match the consumption intention and quality of tourism consumers.
