Ordnance equipment storage is particularly important in military warehouse,efficiency of the support can be improved while stores management safety can be ensured if Internet of things technology applicated widely in the ordnance equipment storage and transportation.At present,the bottleneck of IoT promotion in military unit is in the perception of equipment state information,maintenance information,storage and transportation environment without effective access method and the transmission path.In order to provide a set of flexible IoT perception layer solution for different deployment requirements of ordnance store at the military unit level,perception of the node and the combination of the gateway suitable for the ordnance equipment warehousing was designed and implemented in this paper.STM32 microprocessor is chosen as the sensing node hardware platform.Through modular hardware and software design,the armory environment information is gathered,transmitted and labeled by access sensor module,RF recognition module and wireless network module separately.WSN and RFID methods is adapted together to meet a variety of working scenario of armory.An embedded open source Linux-based BeagleBone Black platform is selected to realize data processing gateway.A common business processing engine which is based on Lua scripting language is selected to realize access communication module.Thus the dynamic access and handling of heterogeneous network and data are realized.On this basis,this thesis also introduces the anomaly detection and exception handling of sensing data,and the simulation of sensing data.Three typical application scenarios in armory were set to test the sensing nodes and gateway.Results show that the gateway can work with these sensing nodes together well,and variety requirements of armory intelligent terminals are met satisfactorily.
