The assessment of weapon and equipment system-of-systems(WESo S)is one of the basic works of weapon equipment demonstration,and the research of contribution rate assessment has become an important aspect of WESo S evaluation.The assessment results can provide quantitative basis for the subsequent work of WESo S structure's design and optimization.At present,due to the high complexity and uncertainty of WESo S,it is difficult for researchers to establish an accurate and universal evaluation model of contribution rate of WESo S,and the assessment results cannot be explained and verified easily either.However,with the development of network science,the method based on heterogeneous network can give a formal description for the WESo S commendably,and measure the emergence effect of different equipment interaction with some evaluation indexes of heterogeneous network.Based on the heterogeneous network model of WESo S,this paper presents two assessment methods of contribution rate of WESo S capability based on operation loop by combat mission oriented,and effectiveness based on simulation by combat process oriented.The main study and innovation of this paper includes:(1)The evaluation framework of contribution rate of WESo S based on heterogeneous network is proposed.At present,there is no unified definition and general evaluation method in the research of contribution rate of WESo S.Heterogeneous network is a semi-structured description method which can effectively consider that equipment with different functions in the WESo S and the different interrelationships between the equipment.Consequently,the result based on heterogeneous network have specific semantic information.By analyzing the evaluation's characteristics and related concepts of WESo S and contribution rate,this paper first abstracts the WESo S into a heterogeneous network model,then evaluates the contribution rate of the WESo S from two perspectives: capability and effectiveness respectively,and adjusts the evaluation model with the evaluating feedback.This paper makes in-depth analysis on the contribution rate of WESo S and the measurement method of contribution rate,proposes an evaluation framework for the contribution rate of WESo S.(2)The normalized modeling method of WESo S based on heterogeneous network is put forward.The modeling of WESo S is to formally represent the constituent and the elements' relationships of the system-of-systems(So S)through rational abstract.Traditional modeling methods of the network of WESo S are mostly based on the homogeneous network model,which considers that the nodes and edges are indistinguishable,and evaluates the WESo S through some indicators of the homogeneous network.Obviously,this method does not take into account the different functions of the equipment or the complex relationships between various nodes.Firstly,this paper introduces the heterogeneous network model,abstracts the equipment and interaction into the elements in the heterogeneous network,and describes the characteristics of WESo S with network attributes and concepts.Secondly,it constructs the node models as reconnaissance,decision-making and influential equipment according to the role played by weapons and equipment in the combat process,and analyzes the index of various equipment.Then,it abstracts the different relationship between the equipment,and constructs the interactive relationship models of target reconnaissance,information transmission,command release,target strike etc.Finally,it introduces the time factor and builds the dynamic model of WESo S to support the networked simulation of the WESo S.(3)The evaluation method of capability contribution rate of WESo S for combat missions is proposed.In the evaluation of combat capability of WESo S,the most commonly used method is to construct the hierarchical structure of index So S,and then select the appropriate evaluation method for index aggregation.Traditional evaluation method cannot map the relationship between tactical-technical index and the system's combat capabilities of the equipment commendably,and the interpretation and traceability of the evaluation results are not strong either.To this end,this paper proposes an evaluation method for the capability contribution rate of WESo S by combat-mission oriented.Firstly,it divides the combat task into sub tasks supported by corresponding sub-So S in different stages,analyzes the constraints among sub tasks,and then represents the mapping relationship between tasks and capabilities and capabilities and equipment by the DMM model of domain mapping matrix.Then,based on the heterogeneous network model of the WESo S,it aggregates the capabilities of different functional equipment nodes based on the operation loop.Combined with the combat capabilities and task constraint network of the equipment for different meta-tasks,it calculates the contribution rate of combat capabilities of the equipment oriented to the entire combat mission comprehensively.Finally,aiming at the problem of high computational complexity of the evaluation model,it proposes several algorithms to solve the combat capability of the WESo S and capability contribution of the equipment.(4)The evaluation method of the effectiveness of WESo S for combat processes is proposed.In the effectiveness evaluation of WESo S,the traditional method is to use analytic equation to solve the numerical strength of both sides,or to use system dynamics to analyze the influence of different index in the system.The evaluation process is relatively simple,not combined with the combat process.This paper proposes a simulation method for WESo S network based on the heterogeneous network model,using the cloud model to evaluate the effectiveness contribution rate according to the performance indicator in simulation experiment.Firstly,it analyzes the mapping relationship between heterogeneous network modeling and agent-based simulation modeling,constructs the capability model and behavior model of weapon equipment entity.Secondly,facing the combat process,it plans the operational activity scheme and analyzes the process of equipment participation in the operation,clarifies the behavior of each equipment under different operational activities,and proposes the procedures of simulation experiment based on OODA cycle theory.Then,by putting the data of combat time,war damage ratio of equipment,ammunition consumption ratio and outcome as the input evaluation index,it evaluates the contribution rate of WESo S effectiveness by using cloud model method.Finally,it is found that the results obtained by using the data of war damage ratio of equipment and outcome as the criteria to evaluate the contribution rate of WESo S effectiveness are highly consistent with the contribution rate of WESo S capability,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
