As an important daily task for People's Armed Police,the armed escort service includes tasks such as,the armed escort of waste RMB,the transfer of national goods and relics,the transport of hazardous military materials such as weapons,ammunition and fuel and the sending of felony suspects and criminals.The armed escort service is closely related to the security and stability of the whole society,which also gives a fundamental guarantee for the completion of various tasks given by the party and the state.However,there are some deficiencies on the escort work,which have been presented as follows: First,the informationalized level of the vehicle equipment is limited and the communication between different vehicles relies mainly on vehicular transceiver,causing the vehicle fail to accurately grasp the surrounding road condition in time;Second,in terms of path choosing,it is difficult to make a scientific and reasonable choice,the route chosen sometimes could be extensive and subjective;Third,the escort route is usually fixed which can not be flexibly adjusted according to the road condition,leading to the increase of security risk.To tackle with the above-mentioned problems,this thesis presents a heterogeneous network based on integration of VANET and LTE to solve the problems of internal team and external communication;Tasks and path planning based on the requirements of the proposed W path planning algorithm of the optimal transportation network,using heterogeneous network clustering to collect information of road vehicle congestion judgment;Design a real-time path planning system based on congestion judgment.Specific include:1.For heterogeneous VANET and LTE network problems,on the basis of the design of network architecture,in urban environments is verified by the simulation experiments of heterogeneous network data packet loss rate,data rate,delay and jitter video and traffic application demand.2.The path planning problem for static,and puts forward the optimal transportation network,W is verified by numerical examples,the optimal transportation network can provide optimal transport routes,subprime transport routes,the optimal transport routes,armed police escort service to provide the optimal path selection solutions.3.In view of the dynamic path planning,design the road congestion detection scheme based on vehicle clumping,compared to the shortest path planning and the shortest time path planning,to verify the real-time path planning takes less congestion judgment.4.The final design of path planning system based on real-time congestion judgment.
