Research On Risk Assessment Model Of Police-related Online Public Opinion On Weibo

The development of the Internet has changed the present mode of public opinion propagation.Because of boom of Weibo,more individuals and organizations have participated in the online public opinion field with different identity characteristics,which provides more possibilities for the development of online public opinion.In recent years,the situation of the police-related online public opinion has been extremely serious.Because of incomprehensive and inaccurate evaluation and ineffective management strategies,deterioration of public opinion is more common,which causes unsafe social environment.This thesis aims to establish a comprehensive and accurate risk assessment model on police-related online public opinion,to provide practical suggestions for early warning,comprehensive assessment and multidimensional management.This paper analyzes the discovery,evaluation,and response of police-related online public opinion,under the guidance of complex networks,risk management and machine learning theory.Multiple analysis methods,including literature review,survey,and modeling,are used to conduct the research.The police-related public opinion cannot be narrowly understood as related to the police and public security organs of the real society directly.The impacts of virtual police such as film,television works and other invirtual police-related subjects should be included.To enhance the early warning function of public opinion risk assessment of online police-related public opinion,this thesis proposes a two-way discovery theory model that can provide two discovery methods between social events to information sources,aiming to mine the online public opinion that may be caused by invisible social events to realize risk control.This thesis also uses sample analysis,PAD sentiment model,text sentiment analysis technology,etc.to build the risk assessment model,with seven observation points and nine first-level indicators of risk assessment.According to the risk level assessment and risk characteristics assessment,the output of the assessment models,targeted management strategies should be concluded,to enhance the risk management ability.The research on risk assessment model of police-related online public opinion on Weibo is a groundbreaking and exploratory work,and with a for providing theoretical reference and improving the level of practical assessment.
