The Research On Network Public Opinion On Police-related Events In The H Public Security Bureau

As a result of the advent of self-media,the network technology of information changes rapidly,and the mass media is highly developed.Everyone is both a producer of news and a communicator of public opinion.However,with the development of society,the gap between the rich and the poor is widening,and there would be more factors in social instability.The public security agency,important armed forces of the party and the country,plays an essential role in maintaining social stability and ensuring that people could live a peaceful life and enjoy their work.The peculiarity of the job always pushes the public security agency and the people’s policemen to the point where the going is the toughest.In the new media environment,the online public opinion of police events,a powerful force of public opinion that affects the image of the public security agency and inspires the social thinking,should be highly valued by the public security agency.Therefore,it has become a major issue and severe challenge for the public security agency in the new media era about how to improve their ability to deal with online public opinions and enhance their capacity to win the public trust.On the basis of referring to a large number of data and interviewing with professional police officers of public security agency,this article expresses the circumstances about online public opinion response to police events in H city and the process of response to typical online public opinion events,and then analyzes the existing problems of online public opinion response to police events in H city.This paper makes detailed analysis of the reasons from three aspects,including mechanism and system,for the existing problems.Internet users and public security agency themselves preliminarily design a relatively complete network public opinion response plan for police-related events from the aspects of “Four-color early warning ” of public opinions mechanism and “Online and underline synchronous response ”to public opinions.In addition,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme,corresponding safeguards are proposed from four aspects,mechanism establishment,professional team building,education training and supervision and accountability.It is expected that this design,which can play an important role in the public opinion response in the future,reducing the online public opinion crisis in time,showing the better ability of the public security agency and the people’s policemen to respond to public opinion,could emphasize the new and better atmosphere and accomplishment in the public security work.
