Research On Interactional Justice Of Grassroots Level In The Police-related Emergencies

Based on the theory interactional justice theory,conservation of resource theory,affective event theory and social exchange theory,this paper is based on the analysis of relevant research at home and abroad,based on normative analysis,literature analysis,interdisciplinary method and questionnaire survey.A rational analysis of the definition,elements and functions of the interactional justice of grassroots level in the police-related emergencies.It is believed that the interactional justice of grassroots level in the policerelated emergencies refers to the perception of the justice of the grassroots police in the organization of interpersonal communication,including interpersonal justice and informational justice.It is the communication attitude,emotion and behavior of the grassroots leaders to the police,such as respect,courtesy and care.And provide corresponding explanations for the information that the grassroots police are concerned about.The interaction of the public security organs at the grassroots level can meet the needs of the grassroots police for interpersonal justice and informational justice,stimulate the positive attitudes and behaviors of the grassroots police,improve the autonomy,initiative and enthusiasm of the work,and promote the construction of the grassroots public security organs and the overall effectiveness.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,grassroots level in the police-related emergencies in China have firmly grasped the general requirements for comprehensively deepening the reform of public security,casting loyal police spirit,strengthening the scientific management of the team,enhancing the team's quality and ability,cultivating excellent police style,and comprehensively and deeply promoting the regularization of the grassroots level in the police-related emergencies.Progress has produced fruitful results,and grassroots level in the police-related emergencies has become a high-quality team that the Party Central Committee is assured and the people are satisfied with.At the same time,the various measures to treat the police have been continuously implemented and implemented,and the rights and interests of the police are constantly protected.In practice,the overall situation of interactional justice of grassroots level in the police-related emergencies is better.However,there are still problems that do not pay enough attention to the interpersonal justice needs of the grassroots police and the need for informational justice.The leadership style needs to be improved,the leadership attaches importance to improvement,the grassroots police's own quality needs to be improved,the communication feedback mechanism needs to be improved,and the organizational culture needs to be strengthened of the reason.Therefore,the key points for building interactional justice of grassroots level in the police-related emergencies are: strengthening the mechanism construction of grassroots leadership democratic leadership style;improving the quality of grassroots police;improving organizational communication feedback mechanism;and strengthening organizational culture construction.
