Research On The Control Of Illegal Religious Activities In Hebei Rural Areas In The New Period

At present,with the rapid development of China's economy,China's comprehensive national strength has significantly increased,especially since the 18 th National Congress,China's international influence has increased.It is accompanied by the fact that some Western countries regard the rise of our country as a challenge to Western values and political systems and development models.In the case that the military and other hard powers no longer have an absolute advantage,the Western countries have stepped up their ideological differentiation into China.Religious issues have always been one of the means by which Western countries interfere and control other countries,and they are also an important means of interfering in our country.Religious forces in rural areas are complex,and the general cultural level of peasants is low,providing a soil for Western countries to interfere and infiltrate our country's religion.Dealing with illegal rural religious issues is of great significance for maintaining social stability and national security.This paper takes the rural Catholic underground forces in a certain area of Hebei as an example.Through reviewing and sorting out the religious beliefs and public security related books and materials,taking the Catholic underground forces in the region as the entry point,summarizing the characteristics and harms of illegal religious problems in rural areas and analyzing their production.The reason for this is to explore a way to curb illegal religious problems in rural areas.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part of the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,research status,research ideas and research methods.The second part mainly introduces the related theories of illegal religion.Starting from the concept of religion and the state's religious management regulations,it defines and classifies illegal religious activities,analyses their harms and their new characteristics in the new era.The third part mainly introduces the current situation of Catholic underground forces in this area.The fourth part mainly analyzes the causes of illegal religious origin in rural areas from the perspectives of history,economy,culture,grassroots organizations and individual religious groups.The fifth part mainly studies the corresponding countermeasures to curb illegal religious activities from the macro aspect and specific operational level.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the whole paper and points out the insufficiency of the research.Solving the problem of illegal religious religions in rural areas is a long-term task.It requires multi-sectoral collaboration to strengthen economic construction,cultural construction and grassroots organizations in rural areas,and build a high-quality religious management team based on the mass line.Responsible for the team of religious faculty and staff,with the establishment of a multi-sectoral information sharing,joint research and judgment,joint comanagement,joint law enforcement joint conference system as a means to form a new pattern of departmental collaboration and national participation in the governance of rural illegal religious work.
