On February 23,2018,the central bank released information that the personal credit investigation business of baixing credit investigation co.,ltd.was approved by the central bank.This is the first individual credit investigation license issued by the central bank,marking that the domestic individual credit investigation industry has broken the situation dominated by the government and changed to a more market-oriented and commercial competition mode.Compared with the traditional personal credit investigation,the market-oriented personal credit investigation shows a strong ability to adapt to the society.It not only involves more extensive information collection channels,more efficient acquisition,and significantly improved service level,but also provides personalized service for users’ diversified credit investigation needs.Turneth the edge of marketization of personal credit agency,however,reveal surprising,the efficient of the risks posed problem is also worth attention,especially in information disclosure,security risks and legal protection still has many deficiencies,combined with the Internet’s openness,more significantly increased the risk of harm in invisible.At present,the marketization of personal credit registry path at the critical juncture,need to learn from the advanced experience of other developed countries,in access to credit bureaus,personal credit information processing,to establish risk prevention and control system,etc,to form the practice of measures with its own national characteristics,at the same time improve the Internet under the condition of marketization of personal credit reporting of relevant legal norms,to achieve long-term and reasonable legal regulation,and give play to the role of the government the core of the "head",for the establishment of personal credit system in China is urgent and realistic significance.This paper reviews the process from trust to trust,explores the origin,evolution and development process of personal credit,and finds that under the background of Internet economy,the role of the government in the application of personal credit is gradually weakened,the role of the market is increasingly strong,and the marketization of personal credit has become the future development trend.
