A Study Of Mencius' Political Thought Of "The World Is Fixed In One"

Mencius' political philosophy has its distinct characteristics in the traditional Confucian philosophy.Mencius takes the theory of "good nature" as its theoretical foundation and the theory of "people-oriented" as its specific content,and constructs its whole huge political system in duality,which fully absorbs predecessors' political philosophy thoughts through a large number of dialogues,quotations and other forms.On this basis,it is connected with its own feelings of the times.He put forward his own political and philosophical content.In this paper,on the study of Mencius' political thought,the core of Mencius' political thought is "benevolence",which is the clue to establish its value source and its value criterion,and explain its basic political philosophy content as far as possible.Through concrete examples,the reality and advancement of Mencius' political philosophy are clarified.Finally,it combines with the times to become the "world" of today's political thought.View provides a new way of thinking.Firstly,through the analysis of Mencius' times,the article finds out the external causes of Mencius' political thought formation,and establishes its internal causes by exploring Mencius' inheritance of predecessors' thoughts and his own perception,thus taking "Heaven's Way" and "People-oriented" as the preconditions for the establishment of the whole content of his political philosophy.The study of Mencius' political thought content is mainly through the cross-opening of the core idea of "benevolence".It explores the value significance of "benevolence" in the four levels of heaven,man,people and king,thus paving the way for the construction of contemporary "world outlook" and can be regarded as its source of value.Secondly,through the specific political practice of "Qi people's felling Yan",this paper demonstrates the feasibility and guiding significance of Mencius' political and philosophical thought in reality,including "the debate of king and hegemony" to make a theoretical exploration of the mode of international relations,and further establishes the value and core position of "benevolence".Finally,combining with the actual problems of today's society and comparing with western political philosophy,we can find out a method of constructing the "world outlook" of contemporary political philosophy by Mencius' political philosophy in reality,so as to provide a new way of thinking for the construction of the contemporary "world outlook".The purpose of this paper is to find out the theoretical sources of Mencius' political philosophy which is of positive significance in contemporary political practice,and to discuss its commonness and characteristics as Confucian traditional thought.It focuses on demonstrating in detail the value and significance of Mencius' political philosophy and the unity of his own politics from three aspects of heaven,man and politics.It also examines the contemporary political pattern of the world.The specific content of political philosophy can be extracted to solve the political problems in the world today.
