reform have fully proved that ideals and faith are the spiritual pillars of the CPC,nourishing their political lives and forming their distinctive political characters.Ideal and faith are the basic premise of whether the communist party can stand firm on its political stand and embody the fresh political thought.Our ideals and beliefs are the fundamental guarantee for our party to unite and lead the people of all ethnic groups in realizing the goals of the new era and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Since the founding of our party,ideal and faith,as an important part of the party's ideological construction,have played an irreplaceable role.The inheritance and development of communist ideals and beliefs requires not only constant exploration of experience in practice,but also continuous theoretical innovation in combination with the characteristics of The Times.At present,it is a mainstream research method in the academic world to explore the communist party's firm ideal and faith from a grand perspective,and good results have been achieved.However,such research lacks the exploration of individual perspective and deep laws.In fact,whether a communist can be firm in his ideals and beliefs is,in the final analysis,to be implemented in the daily life,work,study and practice of every communist.Therefore,from the perspective of individuals,deep grasp of its rules will be the current and future period of the communist ideal and faith of the important direction of research.In this paper,the typical cases of five first secretaries of poverty-stricken villages are taken as the breakthrough point to explore the common characteristics of the firm ideals and beliefs of the communists taking the first secretary as an example,and to summarize the realistic appearance and development course of the firm ideals and beliefs of the communists.Centering on the three deep thinking cores of "following the internal laws,grasping the key links and making up the problem gaps",this paper puts forward valuable and targeted practical measures to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of the communist party's ideal and faith education.The first part is the first chapter of the paper,focusing on the analysis of the communist firm ideals and beliefs related to theoretical issues.Collect relevant
