Study On The Evaluation Method And Application Results Of Villagers' Legal Consciousness In Southwest Minority Areas

Legal consciousness can effectively drive process development of rule of law,in today's all-round construction of the rule of law society,the villagers in southwest minorities regions the generation and development of legal consciousness about the rule of law in southwest whether can run well,so the villagers' legal consciousness can improve is the key factor of the construction of the country under the rule of law can be effective.At present,due to the limitation of economic foundation,national customs and villagers' concept of rule of law,the level of legal consciousness of Chinese farmers is relatively low.Due to limited conditions,the legal consciousness of villagers in minority areas is relatively weak.Villagers know little about legal knowledge,so their rights and obligations cannot be effectively guaranteed.However,by constructing an evaluation system for the status quo of legal consciousness of rural villagers in southwest minority areas,the status of legal consciousness of villagers in southwest minority areas can be evaluated.After the establishment of the evaluation system,the next step is the data investigation and acquisition and the data calculation and analysis stage.Through the calculation results,the influencing factors on the villagers' legal consciousness in the southwest minority areas are analyzed,and some countermeasures for improving the villagers' legal consciousness are tried to put forward.In this stage,this paper takes the lapian village of yaoshan township in libo county,guizhou province and guandong village in sanjiang county,guangxi province as the evaluation demonstration area of the legal consciousness of the villagers,collects the data of the legal consciousness of the villagers in the two villages,and calculates the data of their legal consciousness to obtain the results.Article writing process using the literature research method,make full use of the legal consciousness of academic literature books,various core academic papers and reference the hownet,through detailed data record,on the basis of these articles try to conclude how to build a method to evaluate system for villagers' legal consciousness,and through the corresponding survey,an analysis of the causes the results of the study and put forward some Suggestions.Specific steps are as follows: the first part is the concept of legal consciousness and characteristics of narrative,so that a deeper understanding of what is legal consciousness,the second part is the construction of evaluation system of legal consciousness,mainly has the index evaluation system and construct principle,the third part of the investigation of the status quo of the legal consciousness and calculation,using the two villages in guizhou and guangxi provinces as a test area for the legal consciousness is calculated,the fourth part is the paper analyzes the result of two villages,and corresponding Suggestions are given according to the results of the analysis,to improve the legal consciousness of the villagers.
