Research On The Prevention And Control System Of Telecom Fraud Crime For The Elderly

In recent years,the new type of telecommunication network crime represented by telecommunication fraud is developing rapidly and spreading,and it is found from the actual work that the elderly group has gradually become the main target of telecommunication fraud crime,and this trend is particularly prominent in Zhanjiang.Nowadays,this kind of telecommunication fraud crime has seriously affected people's sense of security and social stability.In today's risky situation in China,some members of the society have weak psychological endurance.Once the victims of telecommunication fraud are encouraged by illegal elements to form groups,demonstrations,and elderly groups,government organizations will face more severe tests,and even have an impact on the stable development of society.Therefore,further improvements will be made for the elderly groups.The prevention and control system of telecommunication fraud crime has a great positive role in maintaining the management order and public order of social policies,maintaining the authority of the government and consolidating social credibility,social stability and protection of the legitimate interests of the elderly.This paper takes Zhanjiang as an example to analyze the existing telecommunication fraud prevention and control system for the elderly.It can be found that the main body has achieved good results in prevention and control,striking hard and publicity and education.It can also clarify the responsibilities of various departments and establish professional organizations such as anti-fraud centers to implement the relevant prevention and control system,but through suspects committing crimes against the elderly group.Reason analysis,as well as from the real cases,we can easily find that because of the elderly group cognitive degradation,backward information,low sense of security and other special reasons hindering the situation,so that the suspects committed crimes against them and thus deceived,and the case prevention and control is difficult.Therefore,although the current telecommunication fraud prevention and control system is effective,it has little effect for the elderly,and the telecommunication fraud prevention and control system for the elderly still has defects and deficiencies.Combining with the successful experience and reference of telecommunication fraud prevention and control in foreign countries and Zhanjiang area,this paper puts forward a new idea of using community elderly volunteer activity resources to prevent and control telecommunication fraud crime against the elderly group,and further improve the prevention and control system of telecommunication fraud crime against the elderly group.Finally,combining with the actual situation,from the law,government organs,social industry,community and publicity,etc.Some suggestions are given to improve the prevention and control system to protect the legitimate interests of the elderly groups from infringement,so as to enjoy good night.
