Research On The Co-construction Of Regional Credit System In Ziyang And Chengdu

The integration of regional economics has become a trend,which can enhance the regional cohesion and regional competitiveness,and stimulate complementary and multi-win pattern through cooperation.Chengdu-Ziyang integration is an important decision-making plan made by Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government.The Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government of Chengdu and Ziyang both have attached great importance to the integrating construction of Chengdu-Ziyang,achieved remarkable achievements.The development of regional economic integration has provided a good foundation for regional credit integration.The efforts of strengthening the cooperation of urbanization social credit systems between Chengdu and Ziyang,and advancing the credit integration of Chengdu-Ziyang have been crucial to maintain economic and financial security,improve market efficiency,reduce operating costs,and prevent financial risks.This paper demonstrates deeply into the construction and development of credit system in Chengdu and Ziyang,and carries out the SWOT analysis to the regional credit system construction of Chengdu-Ziyang.From view of its advantages,the government has put much emphasis on the joint action by placing the construction of regional credit system in an important position in the integration,and has developed a mature and sophisticated conditions of constructing regional credit integration.In terms of the shortcomings,it has been struggled with unbalanced construction of credit system,huge difficulty in the integration of credit resources construction,and lack of the support of laws and regulations of the sharing of credit information in Chengdu and Ziyang.Judging from the opportunity,China is vigorously developing the credit system and brings chances to stimulate regional credit integration,the governments provide powerful supporting for organizational construction.From the perspective of threats,the regional credit system construction lacks the support of advanced information technology.The findings show that the regional credit system of the Yangtze River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region have got some effects.The successful cases and effective measures have certain enlightenment and reference to the construction of the regional credit system in Chengdu and Ziyang.On basis of the actual situation andreference,the paper conclude some countermeasures to strengthen the coordinated the construction of credit System between Chengdu and Ziyang.They include that,strengthen the top-level design of regional credit system construction;safeguard the organization and system guarantee of regional credit system construction;accelerate the construction of a unified social credit sharing platform;increase the joint application of regional credit results;magnify the cultivation of regional credit service market;enhance the construction of regional credit culture,etc.
