Research On Motivation Of Social Welfare Behavior

Motivation of social welfare behavior is an important topic that needs urgent research at present,and it has important theoretical and practical significance.The motivation of social welfare behavior is the internal motivation to stimulate and maintain the public welfare behavior of members of society.The theoretical and ideological sources of the "egoism" and "altruism" public motives contained in the relevant theories of public interest motives in China and the West provide a good theoretical basis for the author's research.The full text adopts the combination of literature research method,interdisciplinary research method and comparative research method,based on the development status of Chinese public welfare undertakings,and the motives reflected in the various chaos in the public welfare field at the present stage.In-depth analysis.Firstly,the definition and combing of the concepts and theoretical foundations related to the motives of social welfare behaviors,combined with the background of China's era,innovatively proposed the motive model of social welfare behavior led by socialist core values,namely,�alliance-led,advocating Reasonable self-interest and the unification of the two." However,through the comparison with the motive model and the generation of various negative public welfare phenomena,the motivation problems such as egoism are also exposed to a certain extent.These problems are caused by the weakness of social public ethics and other reasons.Therefore,certain corrective strategies must be adopted to correctly guide the motives of social welfare behaviors,such as through public welfare reshaping and other measures to guide the public to form social public welfare behaviors that conform to the socialist core values,so as to better participate in social welfare undertakings for China.The development of public welfare has added strength.The purpose of this paper is to appeal to the public and academic circles to more fully recognize the importance of social public welfare behaviors for the development of public welfare in China,to enhance the public's sense of social responsibility,enhance altruistic public awareness,purify social public welfare,and make individual social welfare.The behavior has gathered into a powerful public welfare force and has become a valuable resource for the construction of a socialist harmonious society.
