It can be said that the social welfare get more and more attention in the world.China, Japan, South Korea and Mongolia are four adjacent countries in NortheastAsia. There are many similarities in the political system, traditional cultural andideological field. Since ancient times Japan and South Korea trade with China for along time. Mongolian used to be part of the Chinese territory. They choose the socialwelfare model based on their national conditions, and make the social welfare systemto drive the economic development.It can meet the demand of national welfaredevelopment and then to maintain the society process and stability. On this basis, the paper summed up the difficulties and shortcomings of China’s socialwelfare. Our country’s social welfare model compared with the three courtiers, drawnon the experience and lessons on the differences to adapt the development of China’ssocial welfare by taking its essence.
