Research On Rural Industry Revitalization In Yan’an Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

For a long time,the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has always been a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood in our country.General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly put forward the strategy of rural revitalization in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress.The direction and goal of the strategy of rural revitalization is to realize the overall revitalization of rural areas.During the two National sessions of the Communist Party of China in 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward a scientific conclusion on how to implement the strategy of rural revitalization when he attended the deliberations of the Shandong delegation.He stressed: "Rural revitalization should be systematically promoted from five aspects: industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization,and organizational revitalization." Among them,industrial revitalization is the first of the "five major revitalization".It is the foundation and breakthrough of rural revitalization.Only when the industry flourishes,can the countryside be stable,the peasants can increase their income,and the countryside can prosper.It can be said that industrial revitalization plays an important role in promoting rural economic and social development and farmers’ sustainable and stable income.At present,under the general trend of speeding up the strategy of rural revitalization in China,Yan’an City is facing many problems in the process of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,among which the problem of rural industrial revitalization is the most prominent.Therefore,this paper takes the revitalization of rural industry in Yan’an as the topic to carry out targeted research.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,this paper analyzes the realistic situation and main problems faced by the development of rural industry in Yan’an City through consulting the relevant literature and investigating on the spot,such as unreasonable industrial scale structure,unestablished characteristic brand advantage,unformed product deep processing system,lagging construction of socialized service organization,and urgent improvement of labor quality,etc.Therefore,under the guidance of Marxist classical writer agricultural and rural development thought and Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,this paper follows the basic principles of adapting measures to local conditions,gradual and sustainable development,and takes targeted measures to improve it: first,it is guided by the thought of agricultural and rural development,and Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is to innovate the rural revitalization plan and vigorously promote industrial integration;the second is to actively adjust the industrial structure and give priority to revitalizing the characteristic industries;the third is to guide the investment of multiple subjects to meet the funds of industrial revitalization;the fourth is to strengthen the promotion of science and technology to strengthen the contingent of industrial talents;the fifth is to perfect the system of industrial revitalization and ensure the healthy development of the industry.Through the formulation and improvement of positive industrial development countermeasures,in order to promote Yan’an rural industry in the new situation to achieve breakthrough development.
