Research On Local Government Financial Support For Rural Industrial Revitalization And Development In Z City

The promotion of rural revitalization strategy is inseparable from the support of policies,environment,finance and other aspects.Local governments play an important role in guiding and promoting the construction of inclusive finance.Despite the rapid development of rural finance,we must be soberly aware that the imbalance in the allocation of financial resources between urban and rural areas has not been fundamentally improved.This article is based on the demand for financial services in rural industrial revitalization,taking the specific situation of local government financial support in the development of rural inclusive policies in Z city as an example,combined with the innovative practical experience of domestic and foreign government finance,to formulate corresponding strategies to ensure better service for rural revitalization on the basis of national policies,and to implement China’s rural inclusive financial support for rural industrial revitalization policy.Based on this research purpose,this article takes the development status of rural inclusive financial services for agriculture,rural areas,and farmers in Z city as a research case.It analyzes the implementation of rural inclusive financial policies in Z city from aspects such as policy content,policy promotion,understanding of policy objects,assessment and encouragement of policy implementation,and improvement of policy supporting resources.It seeks to identify problems from facts and proposes corresponding improvement suggestions.Through research,it has been found that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of inclusive financial policies in rural areas of Z city,including the need to strengthen the depth of financial support for rural revitalization strategy,weak targeting of financial institutions in serving rural industrial revitalization,unclear division of powers and responsibilities between policy executing agencies,poor communication and collaboration among participating departments,inadequate policy implementation binding force and performance evaluation The ability of various financial institutions to participate in inclusive finance needs to be improved,and the existence of these problems has varying degrees of impact on the achievement of policy goals.Therefore,Z city should start from the following aspects: firstly,deepen the strategic layout of financial support for rural revitalization;secondly,clarify policy objectives and increase guidance for financial institutions to actively serve rural industries;thirdly,clarify the rights and responsibilities of various departments;fourthly,establish a good communication mechanism;fifthly,increase the supervision of policy implementation and strengthen assessment and incentives;sixthly,improve the development ability of rural financial institutions to serve inclusive finance.I hope to conduct targeted research on local government financial support for the revitalization and development of rural industries through this study,providing ideas for the sustainable development of financial institutions in inclusive finance research,and better responding to the country’s rural inclusive finance policies through targeted analysis,providing more comprehensive financial support for rural economic development.
