Research On Rural Industry Revitalization Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The prosperity of the industry is the focal point among the total requirements of the National Rural Revitalization Strategy of 20 words.In the current status of rural industry development,most rural areas are still in primary stage.To achieve the goal of industrial prosperity,we must solve the main problems faced in the process of rural industry revitalization.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,through field research and access to a large amount of information,under the guidance of Comparative advantage theory,competitive advantage theory,industrial cluster theory,sustainable development theory,agricultural industrialization theory,division of labor cooperation theory,this article analyzes the main problems that restrict the revitalization of rural industries objectively and thoroughly:Firstly,the level of industrial integration and development is low,and it is difficult to form a coordinated development situation.Specific manifestations are the slow development of agricultural business entities;the loose interest linkage mechanism;the low level of development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Secondly,the development base of characteristic industries is weak and it is difficult to form scale effects.The specific manifestations are that the overall quality of laborers is low;the influence of operating brands is weak;the level of enterprise management and development needs to be improved.Thirdly,agricultural support is weak and it is difficult to form a rejuvenating environment.The specific manifestations are that the grass-roots management system is not perfect;related rules and regulations need to be improved;and funding support needs to be strengthened urgently.Finally,industrial clusters have insufficient competitive advantages to form core competitiveness.The specific manifestations are that the mutual interests are not closely connected;the scale of the leading enterprises is not large enough;and the market operation mechanism is not perfect.Promoting the revitalization of rural industries is an effective solution to the current predicament of agricultural development,realizing the inherent requirements of rural prosperity and national prosperity.Aiming at the above problems,this paper follows theprinciples of “theory to practice”,and analyzes the realistic problems and takes targeted measures to improve it:First of all,we should optimize the components of the industrial chain and promote the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Cultivate a new type of agricultural business subject;break through the constraints of the primary.Secondary,and tertiary industries;and improve the integration guarantee system.Secondly,we should give full play to local advantages and focus on developing characteristic industries.Strengthen quality and safety,cultivate agricultural brands;dig deeper into local characteristics and focus on developing characteristic industries;increase supervision and effectively regulate agricultural product markets.Thirdly,we should take multiple measures to consolidate agricultural support and protection.Raise funds through multiple channels,consolidate funding support;multi-level scientific and technological blood transfusion,play a role in revitalizing science and technology;comprehensively improve the industrial revitalization mechanism,and create an atmosphere for institutional revitalization.Finally,we should highlight the effects of industrial clusters and establish unique core competitiveness.Focus on cultivating regional leading enterprises and give play to the leading role of benchmarking enterprises;deeply integrate cluster resources to enhance the advantages of large-scale operations;gradually establish a standardized land system to realize the upgrading of agricultural industrial clusters.By combining the practical problems existing in China's rural industries and implementing corresponding measures,it will help rural industries achieve leapfrog development in the context of the rural revitalization strategy.
