According to statistics,in recent years,the number of abnormal deaths caused by public emergencies in China has exceeded 200,000 every year,and the number of disabled people has exceeded 2 million.The difficulty of emergency management lies in its expansibility and uncertainty,and the degree of disaster varies in different places at different time.Especially in large public buildings and venues and their surrounding areas,such as large shopping center,supermarkets,theaters,stadiums and other locations?These areas have a high population density and exits are scattered.Once an accident occurs,if the people are not evacuated in time,it will cause serious casualties.Therefore,it is particularly important to know how to enable the disaster-affected people to obtain information in the densely populated area on time after the disaster and how to master the emergency evacuation path.Based on mobile GIS technology,the crowded area emergency evacuation simulation system on mobile terminal has been built.By using computer modeling and simulation method,the individual behavior and group behavior in evacuation has been modeled.By using the mobile terminal wireless network technology,GPS and LBS(Location Based Service)technology,the evacuation paths has been calculated and sent to the mobile terminal for navigation and tracking.The evacuation navigation system for the mobile terminal holders is implemented.The main work of this thesis is as the following:(1)Based on the application background and research goals of this thesis,the system requirements are comprehensively analyzed,so as to design the corresponding architecture,modules and functions.(2)According to the analysis of system requirements,the basic spatial data collection and spatial information geographic element processing of the target region is completed,the spatial information database is designed and built,and the map data on the server side is released.(3)The system is mainly divided into three parts: application server,data server and Android-based mobile terminal.The application server includes map data release,map data query,crowd evacuation behavior simulation,evacuation path generation and other functions.The data server mainly includes spatial data and attribute data processing and maintenance,map data maintenance,evacuation simulation path storage,etc.The mobile terminal mainly includes map data browsing,personnel real-time positioning,trajectory tracking,evacuation path acquisition and navigation and other functions.(4)This thesis takes the area between the world city pedestrian street of Wuhan Optical Valley square and Optical Valley Capital Building as the target area to complete the above functions and achieve the system.
