Case Study Involved In The Reconstruction Of Social Support Network For The "Three Noes" Elderly

With the continuous development of China's economy and society,China's aging is deepening.The proportion of the elderly population has increased year by year,which has also made the absolute base of the "three noes" elderly people more and more large.Correspondingly,the “three noes” elderly group should also receive more social resources,social support and other benefits.During the internship,the author learned that the life situation of the “three noes” old people is not satisfactory,and the resources and support they can obtain cannot meet the needs of the elderly.The author consulted the relevant literature and found that the social support of the "three no" elderly is seriously inadequate.According to the actual situation of the “three noes” old people who were in contact during the internship,the author summarized the problems currently faced by the “three noes” old people into three points: first,lack of self-confidence and even social obstacles;second,“three noes” old people The lack of family and social roles,the weakening of social functions;third,the social structure is single,the social support network is seriously damaged,and the ability to obtain resources is insufficient.In response to the problems faced by the “three noes” elderly,the author actively explored solutions through his professional advantages during the internship,provided services for the “three noes” elderly,and formed the research results.This study has a detailed description of this study in four parts.The first part is the general summary of the study and related concepts and theories,mainly including the introduction to the text and the first chapter.The introduction part mainly introduces the background of this research,the purpose and significance of the research,the literature review and review,the research ideas and research methods,as well as the innovation points and deficiencies of this research.The first chapter is the definition of related concepts and the theoretical basis.It mainly defines and related the related concepts and theories involved in this research.The second part is the preparation of the problem analysis and intervention,including the second chapter and the third chapter of the text.The second chapter mainly introduces the collection and analysis of the data.According to the information collected by the welfare institution and the “three noes” elderly,the author analyzes the social support network of the client and finds out the main problems faced by the client.There are three aspects: first,trapped in "fatalism",lack of confidence in life;second,social barriers;third,the social support network is seriously damaged,unable to obtain resources and support.The third chapter introduces the process of establishing professional relationship between the author and the client.Based on the problem of the case and the cause of the problem,the case is discussed with the client to develop a detailed service plan.The third part is the intervention and effect evaluation of case work.This part is mainly the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter of the main text.First of all,the author uses rational emotional therapy to change the subject's cognition and enhance the self-confidence of the client's life;secondly,with the empowerment theory,enhance the social ability of the client,and build a close social relationship for the client;again,with the help of The method of case management,coordinate the various functional departments within the welfare institution,and strengthen the social support at the community level of the case;finally,expand the social resources support for the client by linking the external resources of the welfare institution.After the completion of the case work plan,the author evaluated the client from three aspects: life satisfaction,social ability,and social support network reconstruction.The social support network of the client has greatly improved compared with the intervention,and its socialization.The ability has been significantly improved and the ability to access resources has been provided,thus ending the case service to the client.The fourth part is the conclusion and countermeasure of this research.This part is the sixth chapter of the main text.In this part,the author proposes that the case involving the “three noes” old people's social support network reconstruction should be based on the premise of building confidence and building trust,and the resource link runs through the service process.At the end of the paper,the author put forward some rationalization suggestions to the service providers of government departments,welfare agencies,social workers,etc.for the problems found in the research,and expanded the rich resources and support for the “three noes”.This research has more innovations in research perspectives and research methods.From the perspective of social work,this study,guided by social support theory and emotional ABC theory,combined with case work methods,studied the reconstruction of the social support network of the “three noes” old people and helped the “three noes” old people.Regain confidence in life.In terms of research methods,this study combines field research and interview methods.Based on the collection and analysis of first-hand data,the social work practice method is used to change the cognitive system of the client and reconstruct the social support network of the client.And refining practical experience from specific practical operations,and seeking feasible solutions for the construction of the social support network for the “three noes”,this is also an important achievement of this research.However,due to the limited ability of the researchers themselves,there are still many deficiencies in professional ethical issues and specific practical operations,which have had some impact on this research.The shortcomings in these studies are also the places where the author needs to study hard and improve in future research.
