Analysis Of Theme Evolution Of Government Reform And Development Based On LDA Model

Pay attention to government reforms and keep abreast of the pulse of the times.In order to understand the characteristics of China's long-term political reform and economic development,this paper focuses on two aspects of the policy.First,whether the policy of ruling the country has consistency,continuity,and coherence in the big trend;second,whether there are new elements of change in development in different eras.In order to achieve the above objectives,this paper studies the changes in the influence of different leaders and different leaders on policies in the official documents promulgated by state institutions.The official documents have always played the role of communicating the various rules and regulations of the Communist Party of China and the government,as well as laws and regulations,and under the guidance of the government.This paper adopts the LDA topic model method to conduct multi-granular,multi-level theme evolution analysis of official documents.First,the organized data is divided into five different parts according to the ruling time of ruling leaders,which are the pre-reform period,Deng Xiaoping period,Jiang Zemin period,Hu Jintao period and Xi Jinping period.Then,this paper analyzes the basic evolution for five different periods based on the redefined concept of the frequent words,hot words and new words.It also analyzes the official documents published about different provinces,and gets the results of the attention of different provinces in different periods.Finally,according to the results of the LDA topic model,the data of five different periods are evolved from the perspective of topic intensity and topic content.Based on the above word,the paper has obtained the corresponding research results.We get common themes such as “economic development” and “agriculture” from the results of frequent word analysis,the improvement of “economy” has always been the goal of the country's struggle,and the effective “reform” has played an important role in the process of development.From the analysis of hot words,it found that there are different hot issues in different periods,for example,during the pre-reform period,attention was paid to the realization of “agricultural mechanization” and “family planning”.From the results of new words,some social changes can be found,such as the word ”international hegemonism” in the Hu Jintao period and the word “big data” in Xi Jinping.Then,according to the heat results of the provinces,it is concluded that Shandong Province is the only one that has received great attention in all periods,and other provinces have different attention depending on the policies in different periods.According to the strength analysis results of different themes in the same period,we can get different focus in each period.And from the strength analysis results of the same theme in different periods,it is proved that economic reform and agriculture development are the focus of attention in each period once again,and the degree of attention is getting higher and higher.In addition,according to the content evolution analysis of topic,it can concluded that the change of topics in next stage and whether it is a new topic at this stage.From these results,it can be concluded that in the course of socialist construction,China's development focus and policy formulation are time-critical,and are conducive to the long-term development of the country and the happiness of the people.
