Study On Dissolving Disputes In Rural Land Transfer

With the accelerating process of urbanization and agricultural modernization,the speed and scale of rural land transfer is significantly accelerating,but this also leads to a large number of disputes in land circulation.It is of great significance to deeply discuss the causes of disputes in land circulation and ways of resolving them for maintaining social stability and promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Therefore,this article takes the farmers in Changning as the research object,and uses 18 townships(towns)under the jurisdiction of Changning as the research sample area to study the dispute resolution methods in rural land circulation.Firstly,based on literature research and related theories at home and abroad,the article analyzes the basic situation and dispute background of rural land circulation in Changning.Secondly,on the basis of field research,DEA model was used to analyze the efficiency of dispute resolution of land circulation in Changning,and then Logistic regression model was used to carry out scientific statistical analysis of the data for obtaining the main factors affecting dispute resolution of rural land circulation.The research shows that there are six significant factors that affect dispute resolution of rural land circulation.They are the age of farmer households,their understanding of land ownership,their education level,their satisfaction with land policies,their understanding of land policies,and the use of transferring land.Based on the empirical analysis of this paper,combined with the actual situation in the region,the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects.They are improving the relevant laws and regulations of rural land circulation,improving the property rights system of rural land,promoting the marketization of rural land circulation,and strengthening the government's supervision of rural land circulation.This is of inspiring and referential significance to promote the efficient development of the dispute resolution between Changning and China.
