The New Connotation And Protection Mechanism Of Privacy Right In The Internet Age

In the era of rapid Internet development,the phenomenon of infringement of online privacy rights has occurred frequently,which has aroused widespread concern in society.In 2018,the monthly number of WeChat global users exceeded the 1 billion mark for the first time.WeChat is no longer a simple chat tool,it has become a way of life for modern people.While WeChat brings convenience to people,it also brings a variety of problems.Among them,the violation of privacy rights has aroused my concern.In conjunction with the party's 18 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi proposed that not all laws can govern the country.It is not that any law can cure the country.The more emphasis is placed on the rule of law,the more it is necessary to improve the quality of legislation.Bringing the rule of law in our country to an unprecedented height.Together with General Secretary Xi's reference to the importance of the Internet,he emphasized the strengthening of Internet content construction,the establishment of comprehensive network management,the creation of clear cyberspace,and the continuous improvement of Internet construction management.I think it is very important to manage the WeChat circle of friends in accordance with the law.First,understand how privacy has evolved into privacy and understand the new connotation of online privacy by comparing traditional privacy and online privacy.Secondly,in combination with the example of the infringement of privacy rights in the WeChat circle of friends,the main forms of infringement and existing problems are clarified.Then,the current status and existing loopholes of the protection of online privacy in China's laws are listed.Then,by understanding the different ways in which the EU and the United States protect the privacy of the Internet,we find the defects of China's protection of the network's privacy rights.Finally,we aim at the lack of protection of the network privacy rights in the current laws and regulations of China,and creatively from the state,society and citizens.Suggestions for protection from a single perspective.It is imperative for the state to clarify the new connotation of online privacy in the entire legal system;in the society,the Internet industry should formulate self-regulation within the industry to ensure the rational and legitimate operation of the Internet;citizens should improve their awareness of privacy protection.The Internet is trying to avoid the leakage of personal privacy.
