Research On The Responsibility Of Government In The Construction Of Long-term Care Insurance

As the increasingly severe problems of China’s aging and pension,the government gradually attaches more importance to the long-term care insurance to alleviate the problem of "old-age" in China.As a new insurance,the long-term care insurance has been highly valued by the government.People from all walks of society and the general public are concerned about the long-term care insurance.The government is the only leader in the construction of long-term care insurance,including making reasonable policy,vigorously supporting social forces,building a professional nursing team.It is worth studying the responsibility of government in the long-term care insurance.This article focuses on the responsibility of government in the construction of the long-term care insurance in C District,to point out that the government should make law,supervision and management,resource integration,supporting social forces.The article introduces the responsibility of government in C District,such as policy making,construction processing,allocation,evaluation system,team building,integration of home endowment resources.The article pointed out that the lack of government responsibility,including the lag of policy cohesion,unclear responsibility,imperfect supervision system,tedious information system,seldomsocial participation,and put forward a sound legal,fallback protection work,and improving supervision and management mechanism,constructing advanced information system,activating the power of private optimization,to make suggestions for the construction of the long-term care insurance as far as possible.
