Study On The Construction Of The Party’s Ability Of Party Building In The Period Of Building Socialism

The political party is a social political group with particular political idea in the modern countries,and it is the main force of modern democratic politics.The different abilities among political members have an important effect on the party’s general join force and the way to achieve its goals.It requires that parties must improve the governance capacity to play its cooperation effect,and this is the party’s governance capacity.The party’s governance capacity is a kind of self-adjustment ability which takes a series of effective measures to overcome the various problems and shortcomings under different historical stages with different goals,taking,so that their overall ability to adapt to a corresponding historical goal could be achieved.The practice results of party’s governance has dual functions: on the one hand,in essence,they are some specific measures adopted by our party based on self-reflection and shortcomings,therefore it is helpful to overcome the party’s own problems and deficiencies;on the other hand,it aims at adjust itself,strengthen its ruling ability to adapt to the demands of the time,so it helps to ensure that the party could hold good and long politics,and ultimately achieve the goal of self-development.The ten years from 1956,September marked by the Eighth Congress of Chinese Communist Party to 1955,May when the Cultural revolution was broken is an important period.During this period our party based on the national conditions lead Chinese people to develop communism from every aspect.It is not only the beginning of the party to explore the socialist modernization,but also an important process for the ruling party to explore how to change its role to adapt to the needs of socialist construction.Starting from the view that “ If you want to run everything well in China,the key lies in the party" and the perspective of the party’s governance construction,this article made systematic research in the practice of self-management and administration in the beginning of socialist construction period to make some useful experience of the construction of the party and providing some valuable reference to the practice of the party.First of all,it described the historical coordinate comprehensively from four dimensions of world condition,our country condition,the party condition and people condition.Secondly,from the ideological and political quality,organizational adjustment,pure working style ability,anti-corruption ability,system construction ability and inter party communicative ability to elaborate that our party has constantly strengthen its governance ability to adapt the new requirements.Third,from the three aspects of "thought the political theory of the party,the leading role of the ruling party and the socialist approximately positive correlation,the topdown leadership mobilization managing Party Mode" to summarize the characteristics of the party ability construction and some existing problems;thirdly,it evaluates its ability construction from two levels of theoretical and practical significance.Finally,from the relationship between the ruling party and the focus of our party,the basic of party ability construction,key points and breadth and depth,this article get some historical enlightenment of managing and governance practice.
