Rational,comprehensive and quantitative staff performance appraisal plays an important role in improving the management level of the fund management department and stimulating the enthusiasm of the staff.Moreover,the effective performance appraisal method,maximum incentive the enthusiasm of the staff,employees' working potential,and the two methods can effectively motivate employees,to promote the development of the fund management sector.Now,many of the hot topics of theoretical research,this is just one of them.Therefore,this research through the empirical research,literature review and questionnaire survey,in the G City provident fund management department as an example,analyzes the existing problems of the comprehensive performance evaluation of the Department,and the performance rating system was optimized.Firstly,based on the extensive literature reading,the basic concepts involved in the research of the performance,performance evaluation and theory are summarized;and then to G City provident fund management department as an example,problems and evaluation of its comprehensive performance were investigated and analyzed;finally the suitable comprehensive performance of G fund management evaluation system for the problems,puts forward corresponding measures for the implementation of this system.The main conclusions of this study can be concluded as follows:(1)There are comprehensive performance appraisal of G provident fund management is the main problem of the assessment system is not reasonable,the result instead of process,evaluation and assessment system of narrow subject lack of incentive in four aspects.The main reason is that there are a lot of problems in the theory of performance appraisal,such as the weak foundation,the guidance error,the unreasonable operation.(2)Aiming at the comprehensive performance of G fund management department assessment and the reasons for the problems from three aspects of the design of the corresponding performance evaluation system: application of the performance appraisal system,performance appraisal system,performance appraisal.(3)In order to promote the effective implementation of the comprehensive performance of G City provident fund management sector rating system better,this paper respectively from improving the performance appraisal mechanism,three aspects of performance evaluation and incentive measures to ensure transparency and linked to performance appraisal process and put forward the guarantee measures.
