Study On Improving The Prevention Mechanism Of Terrorist Crime

In the era of economic globalization,while the rapid economic development,terrorist crimes have become increasingly rampant.Since the 21 st century,there have been many horrendous terrorist attacks in the world.New York,Paris,Moscow,Mumbai,Christchurch and other cities have been hit by terrorist attacks,and terrorist attacks against big cities have emerged one after another.The terrorism incidents such as the Kunming Railway Station in China have not only damaged the lives and property of the people,but also brought great threats to national security,social stability and economic development.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out study on the prevention mechanism of terrorist crimes in this context.Based on the perspective of criminal sociology,the paper uses the theory of social conflict and the theory of crime prevention to provide guidance for the prevention of terrorist crimes and the construction of a basic framework for terrorist crime prevention mechanisms,and attempts to improve the prevention mechanism of terrorist crimes in W city.First of all,the author uses the theory of social conflict to analyze the causes of terrorist crimes,and summarizes the reasons for cultural conflicts,social mobility,and imperfect safety valve system.Secondly,starting from the comprehensive preventive measures and prevention system emphasized by the crime prevention theory,the author draws on the general model of the crime prevention mechanism and combine the actual situation of the current counter-terrorism work to construct the basic framework of the terrorist crime prevention mechanism.Thirdly,based on the basic framework of construction,combined with the specific counter-terrorism situation faced by W City and the status of counter-terrorism prevention work,analyze its specific problems.Finally,combined with the practical experience of public security work and the useful experience of anti-terrorism prevention work at home and abroad,This article puts forward suggestions for improving the prevention mechanism of terrorist crimes in W city.The roots cause of terrorist crimes are complex and involve many factors such as politics,religion,ethnicity,economy and psychology.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference to the sociological perspective of crime prevention at the current stage,and to provide a way of thinking for the improvement of the crime prevention mechanism of urban terrorism,with a view to better preventing terrorist crimes and safeguarding the country's long-term stability.
