Reaserch On The Investigation Of Burglary Cases In Beijing

As a form of crime that seriously infringes on the safety of people's lives and property,the crime of burglary is severely cracked down on by public security organs all over the country.The reform of the litigation-system centered on trial has put forward new requirements for the public security organs to detect the cases of burglary.In addition to being more careful and meticulous in collecting,fixing,examining and applying evidence,it should also pay attention to the interrogation link after catching the burglary suspects to ensure that the cases can be "prosecuted and judged".The Beijing municipal public security bureau has successfully solved many burglary cases by deeply practicing the people-centered development thought.Based on the quantitative analysis of the crime of burglary in Beijing in two years from October 2016 to September 2018,the paper obtained the regularity of the crime of burglary in Beijing in terms of regional distribution,crime location,crime time and crime committing personnel.Based on the data research and case analysis,the author puts forward the corresponding investigation and interrogation countermeasures against the crime of burglary in Beijing.This paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter is an overview describes the necessity of burglary offenses,review research methods and research;the second chapter through research and analysis of the data,elaborated Beijing burglary crime an overview of the current situation to make a crime of burglary Beijing analysis;the third chapter come to the investigation ways burglary crime by studying above and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to combat,has a certain practicality,this paper analyzes the mental state of the suspects in burglary and puts forward some strategies in interrogation,proposed strategies in the trial of criminal cases of burglary not only break the "Investigation","Justice" is an important means to ferret out more than sin,break the suspect's mental;The fourth part puts forward the prevention strategy of burglary crime.The author hopes that this article can give the public security organs all over the country to detect the crime of burglary with certain reference and reference.
