Research On Investigation Countermeasures Of Burglary Cases

In recent years,with the rapid development and profound reform of various aspects of our society,burglary cases have presented some new characteristics.Take the obvious regional differences as example,high crime rates along with the low detection rates exist persistently in some areas,not all the country.Property restitution after the detection of the case is not ideal,thus the victim's rights are not fully protected;The countryside now has become the high-incidence area,etc.On the whole,compared with telecom fraud,illegal use of public deposits,battles against gang crimes,etc.burglary cases have become typical "small cases" to some extent in terms of stakeholders,amount involved,harmlessness and attention from all sectors of society.However,"small cases" are not small in size and they are of great concern to the people.It is an inevitable requirement for building up a moderately prosperous society in all respects,which is the implementation of the central committee's strategic decision,to improve the detection rate of "small cases" and the rate of return of property.Thus,targeting the burglary cases of Lankao county,Henan province in recent 5 years,the author conducted an investigation on the current situation of burglary cases,finding it an obvious regional feature;the author also put forward pointed countermeasures of a certain degree of creativity in criminal investigation system,methods of investigation,and strengthening of prevention and control measures,with the intention of providing reference to reconnaissance and prevention as well as control of burglary cases.The paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter shows the introduction.The author expounds the research background and significance of the topic,summarizing the current research status of burglary cases,and introduces the research and related methods.The second chapter illustrates the current situation and analysis of burglary cases in Lankao county in recent five years.The author defines the burglary cases,and then conclude the characteristics through the statistics of Lankao county burglary crimes in recent five years.Finally,the reasons for the frequent cases of burglary cases are analyzed.The third chapter is about the defects of the detection of burglary cases.The author mainly gives some analysis based on the aspects of investigation mechanism to be optimized,low investigation technology level,insufficient interrogation ability,incomplete evidence collection,weak control of special industry and insufficient control of key personnel.Chapter four is about the main countermeasure to improve the investigation effect of burglary cases.Specifically,it includes comprehensively collecting evidence centering on the trial,improving the synthetic investigation mechanism,promoting the technical level of investigation,improving the interrogation ability,Establish a mechanism of assessing recovery of stolen goods,as well as strengthening the control of positions,intensifying the control of high-risk groups,and improving the prevention ability of burglary.
