Investigation is an important independent stage in criminal prosecution in our country,and it is a strong legal measure to fight and expose the crime. Interrogation is an importantlink in investigation. Police interrogation, refers to the investigation organ such as theinvestigators questioning the suspect directly to find out all the facts and get the real statement,abiding by the regulation of law. The suspect, being the source of evidence and withstandingcoercive measures, should be guaranteed the legitimate rights. Meanwhile interrogation is aprocess of psychological confrontation between investigators and suspects. In order to changethe suspect’s psychological disposition of non confession and encourage the suspect to statethe details of the case, the investigator may adopt a proper enquiry methods and strategy.However, an inadequacy enquiry strategy of the investigator may lead to a violation of humanrights of the suspect. It is reasonable to encourage investigators to use tactics and methodwhich is also appropriate restricted. In a word, interrogation method should be legally usedand relatively pertinent and flexible.
