Research Of Investigation About Case Of Theft With Vehicle Goods Under The Background Of Synthetic Operation

Since the developing of social transformation,multiple cases of property invasion have become main crime that severely impairs people's property safety.And among all these,cases of theft with vehicle goods are one of the main types of multiple cases of property invasion.Facing the severe situation of raising quantity of cases and frequency,traditional investigation logic,mode and method are hard to crack down on this crime effectively.This article contains four parts to study the investigation about this cases from the point of view of synthetic operation.The First part is to introduce the concept and its own history and development of synthetic operation.And we will study the way and method of fulfilling it by researching on the content of synthetic operation from front-line public security organizations.Meanwhile,we will analyze the current dilemma and problems faced by front-line public security organizations under synthetic operation.The second part is to define and clarify the cases of theft with vehicle goods.Then we will summarize the new feathers showing on these cases and also analyze its high frequency,investigation difficulty and trend.The third part is mainly to analyze the problem of traditional investigation mode from working mechanism and system,investigation work and tool.The fourth part is the most important part of this article which is the study of investigation of this case under the background of synthetic operation.One: The operation structure and police forming form;Two: Several investigation logic ways of synthetic operation;Three: The building of investigation tools;Four: specific investigation work under the concept of synthetic operation which includes base detective work,analysis of criminal group,early-warning of important people,social environment,analysis of security situation,forecast of criminal hot spots,active investigation,investigation of series of cases and regional investigation cooperation;Five: The study of extend of synthetic operation that includes formation of investigation plan,making the working handbook,and the synthetic operation of mass prevention and mass control combined with other government departments and related organizations.
