It seriously disturbs the normal order of social life, and damages the law-enforcing departments and government image.With the continuous development of the times, the current vehicle theft crime cases’content, method and technology have taken great changed. There are many new features; it can’t control the high happening trend if we use the traditional investigation measures. As a control and punishment of crimes, upholds law dignity, the public security organ should clearly recognize the new situations and characteristics of vehicle theft crime and accurate analysis to take effective measures to protect peoples’legitimate interests.On the basis of above reasons, I will sum up the routine work experience and investigation experience in2009to analyze detection countermeasures of vehicle theft crime cases.During recently vehicle theft crime cases, our country’s economically developed provinces and cities become the high occurred areas and most of them are cross regions. Those crime cases’subjects always have the feature of gang, region, organizing, adolescents and social idle personnel and most of them have criminal records. And the infringements’object are medium and high-class cars. The criminal offenders always choose the locations where easy to hidden and crime time is always very short and leave the spots quickly. During the posses of disposal of stolen vehicles, the making of vehicle false formalities has become specialized, and the vehicle theft gangs always own their fixed harbouring of pickings places and channels of stolen vehicles disposal. And the people of disposal those vehicles have become specialized, and the methods of disposal have become intelligent.PWith our country economy steady and high speed development and people’s material life level unceasing enhancement, the personal retains of motor vehicles has increased quickly. However, our country’s vehicles’orthonormal rules for storage are imperfect and the prevention awareness is indifference and the burglary-resisting installations lag behind. Meanwhile, management and control of the channels of disposal stolen vehicles are not strictly. To those criminals, it not only exist a large number of criminal targets, but also provide a huge buyer’s market for those vehicle theft criminals. And the low cost and high profit have attracted large numbers of criminal offenders, which has became important reasons of vehicle theft criminal cases happen so frequently.However, the public security organs face a series of difficulties such as difficult to detection, difficult to intercept, difficult to return the stolen vehicles, weak basic work of criminal investigation, block out cases’information and imperfect criminal investigation coordination mechanism. Consequently, the author puts forward to control locations where such criminal cases happen frequently, timely and effective chase and intercept, strengthen investigation and control vehicles’remodel and sales, and use video surveillance, GPS positioning and other advanced investigation methods to control those cases trend of high incidence. And I also put forward some individual opinions to how improve the detection of vehicle theft cases investigation level effectively.
