A Study On The Construction Of Network Discourse Right Of China's Socialist Mainstream Ideology Since The 18th CPC National Congress

Ideological networking and network ideological transformation have become the prominent characteristics of ideological development in the 21 st century.Internet and ideology are intermingled with each other.Ideological struggle continued from offline to online,which has turned into a competition for network discourse rights.General Secretary,Xi Jinping stressed that "the Internet has become the main battlefield of ideological struggle,the main front,and the work related to cyber ideology is the top priority of ideological work." In order to master the dominant power of ideology in cyberspace,we must establish the network discourse right of socialist mainstream ideology,which not only needs to push forward the socialist mainstream ideology content,the dissemination carrier construction but also needs to create a clean network discourse environment.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,China has made many explorations on the construction of the network discourse right of the socialist mainstream ideology,and has made great theoretical innovations and practical achievements.From the perspective of Marxism,this paper first systematically draw the outline of the theory of Marxist ideology and network discourse rights,and defines the concept of the mainstream ideology network discourse rights.Secondly,this paper analyzes the new situation of the construction of the network discourse right of the socialist mainstream ideology,and points out the opportunities and challenges facing the construction of the network discourse right of the mainstream ideology in our country.Thirdly,this paper expounds the basic dimension of the construction of the network discourse rights of China's socialist mainstream consciousness since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),including the network development of the mainstream ideological content,the turn of the communication carrier to the network and the rule of law construction of the security mechanism.Then,this thesis sums up the methods of the construction of the network discourse right of the mainstream ideology;Finally,the paper discusses the theoretical and practical significance of the construction of the network discourse power of the socialist mainstream ideology in China since the 18 th CPC National Congress,enriches the Marxist ideology theory,and develops the network security concept as well as effectively resists the infiltration of ideological networks from western countriesSocialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and we have ushered in a new direction of socialist development.However,it is worth noting that the network ideology is becoming the biggest variable,threatening the national security.If we want to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we must continue to attach importance to the construction of the network ideology security,always adhere to the leadership of the Party,adhere to the people-centered network construction line,strive to create a clear network environment,and firmly grasp the dominant power of socialist mainstream ideology network discourse.
