At present,the problem of false drug advertisements on TV is still not optimistic in our country.Drug safety incidents caused by false drug advertisements are still emerging in an endless stream,bringing great harm and loss to people's life and property.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the supervision of drug TV advertisements to ensure the health of Chinese people.It is also an important task for our government to strengthen the supervision of drug TV false advertisements.This paper adopts literature analysis method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method,and tries to provide specific policy Suggestions for the government through in-depth research on the problem of false advertising on TV.First of all,this paper USES the latest data and materials of drug false advertising since 2006,especially in the past two years,to analyze in detail various problems in reality,regulatory status quo and paths,and to illustrate the overall effect of China's drug false TV advertising.At the same time,it points out some problems existing in the false advertisement of drug TV in China,such as: the supervision subject and its responsibility are not clear enough,the supervision scope is not broad enough,the supervision system is not perfect enough and the supervision way is not diversified enough.Based on government regulation theory,regulatory capture theory from three perspectives,the risk management theory,the Chinese government is analyzed in terms of false advertising,the deep-seated reasons for poor regulation such as the deficiency in the system of government regulation,the television media holding say reckless,production,sales,advertisements for any medicines industry profits high and illegal cost is low,the consumer television ads for fake drugs awareness;Finally,based on the analysis of the problems,the paper proposes countermeasures proposed and draw lessons from the experience of the United States,Japan,the developed countries: about regulatory body level,put forward the integrated regulation subject departments functions,unified regulation,the main body of right of departments implement further refine drug advertising regulation,let inspectors "evidence-based",establish a complete and effective rather than formal pharmaceutical advertising industry self-discipline system three Suggestions;In terms of regulatory system,three Suggestions are put forward to improve China's current drug advertising classification management system,establish a multi-party accountability system,and improve the punishment system.As for the regulatory carrier level,two Suggestions are put forward: to build a platform for drug safety publicity and reporting,to strengthen drug safety publicity,to broaden the reporting channels,to build an information management platform for drug advertising,and to use information technology to strengthen the collaborative supervision of multiple departments.
