In resent years, with the development of science and technology, our advertising is also developing rapidly. But an increasing number of false advertising also in succession to appear,it seriously hindered the sound development of advertising and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers . But we see that false advertising sin's case in real life is very few. This kind of unhealthy phenomenon that forces us to let come again examine the current and relevant regulations of false advertising sin.This paper combines with the cases what happened in practice, in order to find false advertising sin in legislative, judicial rule of the existing problems. Mainly exist the following issues: The first, the range of main body of crime is narrow. The second, the regulated standard of "serious circumstance" is not clear. The third, network false advertising criminal responsibility has legislative blank .The fourth, the regulated legal punishment is too low. The author with a view to make false advertising sin play an important role in new era further tries to put forward on these aspects perfect recommendations.This paper is divided into the following four parts:First,the legislative progress of false advertising sin.
